Our Founder
Meet Marie-Francoise Lecordier, Educator, Integrative Coach-Counsellor.
The Learning Fields® was founded on the visionary work of Marie-Francoise Lecordier, a lifelong educator, counsellor, and advocate for women’s transformational growth.
With more than three decades of multidisciplinary expertise within Australia’s vocational education, social services, behavioural science, and neurolinguistics. Marie-Francoise, leadership has supported countless professionals and community members across Australia’s vocational and social service sectors.
Marie-Francoise, mission has been unwavering: to walk alongside women as they navigate life’s transitions with clarity, courage, and purpose.

Today, Learning Fields® stands as a comprehensive provider of integrative coaching and capability-building for women, offering deep expertise in learning and development. Our impact reaches beyond the individual to partnerships with senior secondary schools, social services, and community agencies supporting women’s growth and wellbeing.
